At Bandzup our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we will try to get your package to you ass fast as possible, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into four parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed on normal business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Once Items have shipped, you will have to contact USPS about anything dealing with the shipment of your package. Once left our warehouse, it is out of our hands!
Pre-Orders: Items labeled as pre-order are items that we are selling weeks before we receive the physical items. Pre-orders typically start after we started funding the clothes and can take up to 2 months before we can ship the orders. Due to us having to was for manufacturers to finish creating the Clothes! No Refunds will be issued for any Pre-Orders. We instantly use the money to fund the project.
Partial Shipment: If you ordered Multiple Items and One or More of the items is labeled for Pre-Order, we will ship you the items that is in stock and in a separate shipment we will ship you the remaining items when they become in stock and available to ship.
